Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you confirm that you've read and agreed to these terms.
Before I start any Project, I need to make sure all parties are on the same page to avoid any confusion over the details and use of the commissioned work. Please take the time to read the following terms carefully. If you have any questions or issues regarding these terms, you may fill this form.
For the archival of questions regarding these terms, I will not answer through any other means.
I. GENERAL TERMS
a. All commissioned Projects are meant for Personal Use only by the Client, unless Commercial Rights are negotiated (Additional fees apply, defined upon agreement).
b. Commissioned Projects may be used for Personal Use by the Client. Such as in profile pictures, banners, posted on personal social media or websites, used in slides and in educational material, provided credit is clear and accessible to others. The Project may also be printed strictly for personal use.
c. When placing an order, the Client must provide clear, detailed and complete requirements and expectations upfront, such as written descriptions, reference material, assets and expected deadlines (if any). Additional information may be requested during the Project process.
d. I reserve the right to refuse a Project request based on content, subject, adherence to my terms by the Client, or other personal or professional reasons that might affect my ability to work on a Project.
e. The Client guarantees that the commissioned Project(s) will not be turned, used, remixed or edited into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), resold through Cryptocurrency, uploaded into Large Language Models (LLM) or any Machine Learning Models (AI) or be featured in any Blockchain technology media.
f. I will never turn, use, remix or edit Projects into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), resell them through Cryptocurrency, upload them into Large Language Models (LLM) or any Machine Learning Models (AI) or feature them in any Blockchain technology media.
g. By placing an order with 18+ themes, you are confirming you are over 18.
II. PAYMENT AND FEES
a. All payments are made in full and upfront before starting a Project.
b. I only accept the following payment methods:
PayPal in Euro.
MBWAY (National payments ONLY).
c. The Client will be notified when the invoice or payment request is sent through Paypal or MBWAY.
d. The Client must wait for an invoice or payment request and must not make any payments on their own.
e. Paypal invoices and MBWAY payment requests must be paid within 10 days, otherwise the Project request will be declined.
f. After the Project is delivered, if the Client wishes to renegotiate its copyright usage, we may discuss the added on fees.
g. If the Client wants any major changes made to the final product, extra fees will apply.
h. Under no circumstances do I accept payments in Cryptocurrency or other payment methods not stated in these terms. Any attempt to request payment through other means will be ignored.
III. PROCESS
a. Project order is based on a first-come, first-served manner and rush order fees upon payment. The list and status of your request can be consulted here.
b. If the Client has a short deadline for a Project, extra charges will apply. The project will be pushed up the list and will be considered a rush order.
c. I provide Work in Progress (WIP) proof to all Clients when I consider I've made significant advances in their Project. Both to prove that I'm working on their commissioned Project and to check-in if any changes are necessary.
d. Once the last sketch draft is approved by the Client, no further changes may be requested. With the exception of small color changes or other minor tweaks.
e. The Project may take a maximum of 1 month and a minimum of 2-7 days to be completed depending on its complexity and swiftness of communication. Further delays may unexpectedly occur, unrelated to the Project or the Client, such as:
Software/Hardware issues.
Health issues.
Order placement.
Work and family issues.
Any other personal issues.
f. If any delays occur, the Client will be notified through their indicated points of contact.
g. Upon Project completion, the finished un-watermarked and watermarked product will be emailed to the Client through a compressed file.
IV. COSTUMER SATISFACTION
a. My top priority is the satisfaction of both myself and the Client with any Project I work on, I don't deliver a Project both parties aren't happy with.
b. To guarantee the Client receives what they requested, they must be clear in their initial request and detailed when prompted for more details.
c. The Client must also be forward and upfront about any changes wanted upon presented with Work in Progress (WIP) proof. After the last draft is approved, no further changes may be requested with the exception of small color changes or other minor tweaks (exceptions may apply).
d. Minor tweaks include:
Minor color change.
Minor marking/detail addition/removal.
Easy reshaping of an object/detail in the design.
Any other minor change, to be decided by me if it's a minor change, won't be charged extra.
e. Any significant changes will be charged upfront. Significant changes involve large parts of the product having to be completely redrawn, like:
Complete/Significant outfit changes.
Addition/Removal/Redesign of a character.
Significant background changes.
Any other modifications that may require some time to complete/involve a partial/complete redraw.
V. COPYRIGHT/USE POLICY
a. I hold every right to my work, not the Client. Therefore, by owning it's rights, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted material to:
Promote myself and/or my work.
Print it in banners, cards, zines or any piece of media, digital or physical, that I desire.
Display anywhere to my liking.
b. Owning the rights to my work does not entail:
Claim the Client's original designs (characters, weapons, props, etc) as my own.
Sell the rights to the Client's designs, created or not by me.
Claim any other Copyrighted material not originally created by me as my own.
c. If my work is intended for Commercial Use, Commercial Rights must be negotiated.
d. Unless requested by the Client, finished Projects will always be displayed on my socials. If the Client wishes for the Project to not be displayed, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be negotiated at a flat fee of 10€ per piece.
e. THE CLIENT IS ALLOWED THE FOLLOWING UNDER PERSONAL USE:
Re-upload my work if clearly credited with a link, username and/or tag.
Use my work as profile pictures, banners, post it on personal social media or websites, use it in slides and in educational material if credit is clear and accessible.
Print my work, claim the right of its design (characters, weapons, props etc, if not originally designed by me) but not the artwork itself.
Use my work to promote themselves if I'm fully credited with a link, username and/or tag.
f. THE FOLLOWING IS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT UNDER PERSONAL USE:
Reproducing/using copyrighted Projects commercially (profiting out of my work) without negotiating the Commercial Rights to it.
Taking credit for my work and/or omitting my signature and credit.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering my work without my permission.
g. UPON AGREEING ON A RATE FOR MY WORK TO BE USED COMMERCIALLY YOU MAY:
Re-upload my work without the obligation of credit via a link, username and/or tag.
Use my work as profile pictures, banners, post it on personal or business social media or websites, use it in slides and in educational material without the obligation of displaying any credit.
Print my work, claim the right of its design (characters, weapons, props etc, even if originally designed by me) and the artwork itself, but not claim the artwork as your own making (claim you or someone else drew the piece).
Use my work to promote themselves or a business without the need to be credited with a link, username and/or tag.
Profit off my work through posters, shirts, flags, stickers and other type of merchandise and apparel.
h. Negotiating Commercial Rights to any Project will NEVER allow their use in NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFT), CRYPTOCURRENCY OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN MEDIA, AS WELL AS AI LEARNING OR ANY OTHER MACHINE LEARNING PROGRAMS as it damages and directly goes against the message of my brand. If this agreement is broken, the rights to my work will be revoked from the Client.
VI. CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
a. I have the right to cancel and refund Client's orders at any time if I deem unable to deliver an order, unable to work on it under an undefined time or for an unspecified reason that may bring me to take the previous actions.
b. The Client has no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after the order as been completed.
c. If a payment was not made yet, the Client has the right to cancel the order without any charges.
d. If the Client cancels the order while it's still in progress, the amount refunded will be based on how developed the order is. The amount is decided by me.
e. If an unauthorized charge-back is filed against me, any rights to my work will be permanently revoked. An unauthorized charge-back will also guarantee the Client:
To be permanently placed on my Blacklist, where you'll be banned from commissioning me again.
Have their actions publicly posted online as a warning to other artists or businesses who offer similar services.
For me to have all the rights to file a complaint, pursue legal action and have all the rights to the money you have given me for my services.

Draw portraits of real people like celebrities, friends or family.
Fanart of characters from other media like Anime, Manga, Comics, Movies, Series, Game+ and other.
NSFW and Erotic artwork (With some restrictions).
Armored characters, mecha and cyborg influences/traits, as well as animalistic/anthro characters with organic motifs.
LGBT+ themes, subjects and characters.
Turn-arounds, prop designing and expression sheets for character references destined for animation or game projects.
Characters of all body types and shapes, gender, sex and age!
WHAT I WON'T DO
NSFW or Erotic pieces with themes that I may deem uncomfortable. Before sending in a commission request, please contact me to confirm the themes you want depicted in the piece is something I am able to do.
NSFW or Erotic artwork featuring real people or minor/minor looking characters.
Pieces featuring themes or symbols in support of bigotry, prejudice, hate speech or any other type of discrimination of an individual or group of individuals.
Animals as the main focus of the piece.
Artwork for NFT or any Blockchain media, as well as materials to be fed to AI or any other machine learning programs.

Are you currently accepting commissions?
My commissions are currently open. To commission me, make sure to fill out this commission form and follow the instructions in it. My commissions may also temporarily pause at times, such as for personal reasons or to focus on holiday Limited Offers. If I don't reach out to you within 1 to 3 days (not counting Sundays) through your provided contacts, you can check my socials for clarification on the delay.
What are your commissions price range?
My commissions range from 17€ to 90€ at base price (as in one character without a background, under personal use). Extra fees may apply to this range, such as adding an extra character, a detailed background, a complex design, NDA request, and the purchase of Commercial Use. These are to be individually calculated.
How does the process of requesting a
commission work?
You fill out the commission form, following the instructions specified in it.
I reach out to you through one of the provided contacts with a confirmation that I'll be taking on your commission request.
I request your payment information and you pay through your preferred method chosen in the form.
I begin your commission, starting with a sketch and exploration phase, working with you to flesh out your ideas into something we both like.
After you approve the final sketch, I start working on finalizing the piece. I'll update you on its progress when unsure about a detail, need an extra opinion or need to provide proof of the work.
When I deem the commission finalized, I check in with you for a final review.
After everything is finalized and reviewed, I will email you the un-watermarked and watermarked exported file of the work in a compressed type file. Depending on the agreement, the compressed file may also include the raw file.
If an NDA wasn't chosen, I will post your commission immediately or at a later date on my socials. I'll tag you as the commissioner, unless you choose the option not to be in the commission form.
